What we collect

Only what we need to make and send your board: the name to put on it, the board and characters you pick, your name, email, shipping address, and anything you write in a note or gift message.

Your cart is saved in your own browser until you order.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell or share your information for marketing.

Who helps us

Stripe handles card payments. We never see or store your card number.

Resend sends our emails, such as your order confirmation and shipping updates.

Pirate Ship prints our shipping labels, so it receives your name and address.

Cloudflare runs the "I am human" check at checkout, to keep out automated orders.

Each of them only gets what their job needs. The child's name on the board is never sent to Stripe.

How long we keep it

Names, addresses, notes and photos of your board are deleted 90 days after delivery, or after a cancelled order.

We keep payment records (amount, date and order number) for as long as tax rules require. They don't include the child's name.

Photos

We photograph each finished board to check our work. We only share a photo of your board, for example on social media, if you tick the box that says that's OK.

Ask us to delete your details

You can ask what we have about you, or ask us to delete it sooner. Email us at hello@customzrus.com. We reply within 1 business day.
