What happens if something is wrong with your name board: free remakes for our mistakes and damage, and refunds before we start.
Made for one child
Every board spells one name, so we can't sell it to anyone else. Once we have started making your board, we can't take it back because you changed your mind.
Before we start making it
Changed your mind before we start? Email us and we refund you in full. We can also fix a spelling or swap a character at this stage, for free.
Free remake if we got it wrong
If we spelled the name differently from what you confirmed, used the wrong character, or the board arrived broken, we make a new one for free and pay the shipping.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the board, and of the box if it was damaged on the way. You don't need to send the old one back.
Late orders
If we can't ship by the promised date, you choose: a new date, or a full refund.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 days.
