Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Each order goes to one address. Sending boards to two homes? Place a separate order for each.

What it costs

Shipping is $11 per box. One box holds up to 3 boards, so boards for brothers and sisters usually ship together for one price.

You see the shipping price before you pay. Nothing is added later.

How long it takes

Every board is made by hand after you order. We ship within 1 to 3 business days from Redmond, Washington, by USPS Ground Advantage. It usually arrives within 5 business days after it ships.

Before you pay, you see the date your order ships by and the date it usually arrives. Your confirmation email shows the ship date too.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

If we are running late

If we can't ship by the date we promised, we email you before that date with a new one. You can take the new date or ask for a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Sending something back

Please email us before you send anything back. Most problems don't need a return at all, and we'll tell you what to do. Email us at hello@customzrus.com. We reply within 1 business day.
